1. initial consultation
When you engage with Interiors by Biku, we will start with an initial face to face consultation to get a clear understanding of your desires.
If you have a clear vision, idea or inspiration in mind then we will work with you to ensure we can bring your vision to life.
Or, if you are unsure of where to start, we can share some design ideas with you to inspire you and assist you with with creating a vision that meets your needs.
2. Decorating proposal
Based on our discussions at the initial consultation, Interiors by Biku will put together a proposal that outlines the project scope, including a list of furniture, homewares and soft furnishings which we propose to create your desired space.
After any refinements, the proposal will be completed and sent to you to approve.
On approval, Interiors by Biku will require 50% of fees upfront to commence the project, source products, etc.
You will have complete visibility and control as the project progresses from choosing your furniture and accessories in our proposal to keeping track of which pieces are going in each room.
3. Decorating implementation
Once all decor items are ready we will make a date with you to come to your premises and implement our agreed decorating designs.
We will assemble all of your purchased furniture, finish them off with décor pieces and make and style all rooms.
We do all the work. Leaving you to sit back, relax and enjoy the reveal to your beautifully designed new space!
